My skin and scalp were so dry and my hair was falling out, my hairline had receded a full inch and was patchy along my parting as well as generally thinning all over. Some of this could be accounted for by hypothyroidism but I have been on levothyroxin for years and the issues I described were comparatively recent and worsening. I tried all sorts of vitamins and supplements as well as dietary changes and hair/skin care products... this multivitamin is the only thing that has worked. I still have a dry scalp but my hair has grown back and is in a much better condition. I used to cry when I looked in the mirror and wonder if I would need to start wearing a wig or a head scarf at some point but this vitamin as reversed so much damage and made me feel so much better about my appearance.
