Perfect
This is a very high quality cast iron pan, very heavy duty, i use it as a hot plate to cook breakfast on as well as a pizza stone. You get cooler areas away from the heat source where you can shove finished things that you dont want to overcook but still keep hot. Easily fits in the oven. Still non stick after 3 years use. UPDATE: 5 years now and still look brand new. Makes great pizzas. UPDATE: 2024. 10 years on and it’s still perfect. I’ve given it to my family abroad and bought another one for my home. March 2024; new one arrived and looks exactly like the original. Same casting, no damage, no rust and a nice looking seasoning coat.

First rate quality and hard to find size
Solid, super size and ideal for making chapatis etc. It is pre-seasoned but I still went through the seasoning process a few times and now it is absolutely non-stick. Just a wipe with a damp cloth, a tiny rub with oil, polished off with kitchen paper and it's as good as new. Great to find such good quality kitchen items in these days of five-minute half lives. This should outlast me and probably my children!

DO NOT BUY AS PIZZA TRAYS
Useless a pizza trays. Too large for most ovens. Get them up to temperature and put the pizza on and the pizza top is cooked before the dough base is! Utterly useless, but the cheap thin ones from the supermarket!
