My Granddaughters christmas present and the only one we didnt put batteries in the parcel as it said they were included but there wasnt any.

Great for learning and building skills
Really recommend this to parents - it's so good for fine motor skills and independence, listening to instructions and following instructions - allowing little children to bloom, especially those who are especially craving doing activities themselves.

The label was put straight on the box which is difficult to get off without damaging the box, especially as it is a Christmas present.Please take this into consideration.

Expecting a little more..
Decided to buy this for my 3,5 year old who loves activities and learning. She's also starting to read now. The first impression was not very good, the item is a big flimsy not as strong as I was expecting. The sample book is literally a sample book (I was expecting a bit more for the initial investment). Should have bought a book with it straight away, just really hope the books have more pages than this.The positive things are it was very easy to set up, contrary to some reviews, and the interactive pen works with every word, picture... She loves to explore the pages and every single picture with the pen it always says something! So far so good...let's see with the new books.

Great value for money
Great. My 2 years old daughter loves it and I can swap books according to her age. Even visitors like playing with it.

Faulty product sent by seller who knew item was faulty
Do not buy from this seller! I brought this back in October for my granddaughters christmas present. It arrived just as picture. No outer box. I was not aware that the dpd tape was from a returned item. Needless to say the item does not work, one disappointed granddaughter. I cant get hold of the seller, just referred to manufacturer who referred me back to seller! I wish i had checked before, but i have never had a problem with Amazon before and trusted they would check that their sellers are legit!
