Unfortunately these didn't work for me and also made me feel like I was coming down with a cold for about a week. I stopped feeling like that within 2 days of stopping these. I've just weighed myself and have actually gained 2lbs! I have even been trying to eat healthier options and had smaller portions. I didn't want to give 1 star as I'm sure these must work for some people but we aren't all the same... I must just fall into the unlucky few.

seen effects after a week but I am also restricted my diet and exercising as advised. Also using the product 30-60 minutes before a meal and not eating fruit and veg with skins e.g. apple , as advised. I would highly recommend this product. I have not noticed any side effects.

Unfortunately this product didn't work for me but we're all different and that's not to say it won't work on others.Regardless of it not being the one for me I've awarded 5 stars because Cute have outstanding customer service and I continue to use other products by the same brand.
