It’s describing what the product can do which is a 2 in 1 function. Yea the keyboard is separate but it also lets you know that in the item’s description and also in the picture it shows it without one. You can’t claim false advertising on this. **Q: Is it compatible 220 volts?** A: The charger works with both 110 and 220 Volt electricity. Comes with flat blade connector but an adapter for round euro plug will work just fine **Q: does this have a sim card slot?** A: Short Answer: No this model does not have a sim card slot, you will want to look for a model that explicitly says 4G or 5G or SIM. After several weeks of review and 2+decades of nothing but Dell, I really wanted to take the 2in1 leap and settled on the Surface Pro 9. I have been extraordinarily pleased. I've used it for work, entertainment, meetings (note taking), presentations, and more, all in the course of about 6 hours. I have had some quirks (taskbar icons disappearing, having the screen go black and not waking, keyboard not connecting properly the first time (or 2), but nothing deal breaking or game changing. Contrary to some reviews, I really (REALLY) like the keyboard folio. So just one example of how one person's peeve can be another person's pleasure. If you're looking at this device, try to get your hands on one and use it for a few minutes before deciding. Kind of anathema to Amazon's model, but if you're gonna spend $1k+, do yourself a favor and see it in person. You'll thank me. At any rate, for me, I am very pleased with this device and purchase, and recommend it to others.
