I have had this in my car ever since I got it, and it has been the most stable phone holder I have ever used! I am able to put my nexus 5 into the holder one handed and it stay in the window without coming off. The strong hold of this was immense.The holder itself is very well made, I really like the mechanism that holds the phone, it grips it really well as it has a ridged rubber lining which holds it like glue.The suction cup on this device however is something of it own, the instructions say to place it on a smooth surface (not textured) for best results.I chose to stick mine on the window and no mark has been left and the suction is amazing. I am able to put he phone in single handed and have been doing this since the day i installed the device. I haven't had to touch it since.Over all I have been really impressed with this product and would be in no hesitation to buy this again.

Very easy to use. Like most of these products it works best on a smooth surface but the pad will handle a patterned surface it needed. I bought this because the original holder I owned kept on falling off while I was driving but since switching to this one that has never happened, not even once. You can even put your phone in there one handed without having to hold it in place and it will handle the force without coming loose; so there doesn't seem much chance of it coming free unless forced.For the record, I have had it in place without removing it for over half a year and has not moved in all that time so the seal the suction pad forms obviously has no leaks.

Turned up earlier than expected, and it great. It is compact, and as the sucker comes with a mild adhesive already on it it's very sturdy. I had dabbled with one of the magnetic air vent holders, and it just wasn't great. With the weight of most smartphones a clasp is the best way forward. The clasp on this is strong, but easy to use, and as it is rubberised it bears not risk to scratching your very expensive phone!!! The main reason I wanted this isn't just because the magnetic vent holder was unstable, but also because it meant I could mount my phone higher up so I don't have to completely take my eyes off the road to check the satnav. Top product for a pretty low price!

Sticks very well, I would be in the mind set of leaving it stuck on if you use this product as it adheres so well it is just a pain to take it off the windscreen. Really easy to pop your phone in and remove again. Only thing that irritates me is that sometimes it is very springy and so my phone is quite dramatically boinging up and down as I trundle around certain roads

I find it strange that the majority of the people haven't had problems with this holder gripping to grainy dashboard surfaces. Well It does lose its grip.Never the less I think its not fair to give it 1 star as it is great and sturdy on the windscreen. But as soon as the suction cup will come into contact with dust,cloth or any small particles then it will fail. Think of a bit of masking or sellotape stuck to your leg trousers and then you rip it off.

Fantastic phone holder! Ive had this for well over a year now and its just great!Robust, has held up well and the suction cup is great too, think ive only taken it off my window only 4 times and its been stuck for a while!Only downside, and that could be because mine haa gotten old, is that the holder is a tiny bit shakey, so if youre looking to record video from it, its not the best

Really good quality mount. Anyone that has had problems with it surely needs a few brain cells more in their head as it's a doddle to set up. Just make sure your dashboard is clean and stick it on a flat surface and you will not have any issues. The ball joint can be adjusted for tightness and the whole build is solid. Looks really good too.

Im impressed with this holder. It stuck to my slightly curved dash in a 2011 Renault Fluence almost immediatley, once the switch is flicked down it was stuck hard and secure. The clamp itself holds the phone nice and securely and its easy to rotate but not so easy as to rotate when you are going over bumps in the road.On top of all this is looks slick also.Overall very happy with it,
