CONCENTRATED Eyelash Growth Serum For Longer Lashes | XL - 8ml

I have been very impressed with this. Granted I had quite good lashes in my younger years but not so much recently. I bought it because for a few weeks I would extensions and they ruined a lot of my lashes, pulled them out or broke them. This serum has brought them back longer and thicker than ever! I’ve had my bottle since March and it’s now June, I probably need to start thinking about a new tube but seems to last a while- although I didn’t always use it twice a day, maybe in the beginning but now it tends to be an evening “maintaining” thing. Super easy to use. Recommend to everyone. Often getting asked if I have mascara on or if they’re fake. Will upload a photo if I remember. I dyed my lashes and with this new length they look great! Definitely worked for me! Will be buying my second tube shortly.

I’m really impressed with this lash serum! My lashes were quite short before, but after using it consistently they look longer, fuller and darker. I don’t have a before photo, but I’ve included two pictures of my lashes now — one without mascara and one with mascara. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend it!

I’m not sure what’s in this stuff but it’s bloody brilliant. My eyelashes are incredibly long now - I used to use cluster lashes and now - honestly, there’s none long enough in my kit to cover my natural lashes. The tube is huge compared to other brands, it’s easy to apply, I put it on at night. One thing to note - it can give you slightly reddened skin around your eyes. It’s not sore, I think it’s because the serum increases blood flow, you can notice. But in no way does it make them sore or cause any issues. Just apply it at night and you’re good.

There is no doubt at all that this eyelash serum works. My lashes are significantly longer but don't expect immediate results, as it took 5 to 6 weeks to see much longer lashes. Good points are :- - Easy to apply - it is quite watery but that makes it easier for it to soak in. - The size of the NYK1 serum is almost double the ml that you get with some other serums, so the value compared to those is good. - The company themselves answer any query you ask promptly and are reliable and reasonable. - My latest NYK1 serum doesn't sting my eyes if it accidentally goes in them, whereas I my last NYK1 serum really stung my eyes. So I'm confused as to why it is different. - the results are noticeable in around 5 weeks and even more noticeable after 6 -8 weeks. - People who know you will ask if your lashes are real or false as they become noticeably longer. The not so good points :- - Your eyes may react to the serum, a stinging feeling and reddened eyes. - After about 8 weeks some of your lashes naturally fall out as they are at the end of their life cycle. This can lead to your lashes looking a bit sparse in places. Some very short and some very long. It then takes a few weeks for them to even out again. - As the serum becomes older I think it makes your eyes sting more than when it's newly opened. - Soon after you stop using it your eyelashes go back to their usual shorter length, meaning that it is a lifetime commitment, which is expensive. All in all though if you want longer lashes for a big occasion then use this at least 6 weeks before that day and you are virtually guaranteed longer lashes. I'm not sure I will continue using this forever but it's lovely to know that it actually works as I've tried at least 3 other cheaper eyelash serums which definitely do not work.

UPDATE: 8 week review. I've now used this product for 8 weeks and the difference is very very pleasing. My lower lashes really are considerably thicker & stronger. My upper lashes are growing well too, though a little uneven with some lashes now much longer than others (suggesting my application to the upper lashes, particularly on my right eye could be improved). I am aware that early on I paid a great deal of attention to the Serum application, but have become less careful with the passage of time - which I need a wrist slapping for, firstly because this Serum isn't cheap enough to waste & secondly because I already know that, for me, it produces amazing results providing you ensure the Serum reaches the base of each eyelash. It's a bit like dieting... I always try a bit harder in the early days! I'm still applying the Serum to my sparse eyebrows & whilst existing hairs are stronger & longer there's no new growth yet to the patchy areas that chemo damaged. The follicles there appear beyond help. The improvement to my eyelashes alone are enough to enable me to say I'm highly delighted with this product & very happy to recommend it. There are cheaper ones available, but unless you can find one with reviews that can match the overwhelmingly positive reviews on this particular brand, I really wouldn't even try the others. Save up if you have to.... it's worth every penny! ORIGINAL 2 week review. Like many reviewers I delayed this for 2 weeks as this time seemed to be when most people started seeing small results..... and I have too! The difference isn't huge but it's sufficient to identify the difference in a before & after zoomed in picture! I'm confident now that the product works on my eyelashes. I'm also using it on my pathetic eyebrows which are the end product of cancer treatment. Having few hair follicles I would think a miracle would be needed to start new eyebrow growth to be honest, but at least my existing hairs are stronger & fall out much less & are longer than they've been since treatment, (can you have a comb over for eyebrows? lol). We shall see. Has anyone experienced new eyebrow hairs where follicles appear lost forever? I'm very happy with the eyelash results and my expectations are now high that this product will be worth it dispite my eyebrow concerns. I'm realistic & so one out of two will make me happy.

Loved the product in the beginning as my lashes were thick and full, however after 9 weeks i developed severe itchiness and redness around my eyes. Horrible product for the skin barrier around the eyes and do NOT recommend. My lashes were falling off due to the open sores.

I've just repurchased this eyelash serum after loving the results from my first tube (still actually using the first as it's a really generous size compared to other eyelash serums, but didn't want to be without it even for a day) Firstly, I have an underactive thyroid (diagnosed about 9 years ago) which really messsed up both my eyelashes and eyebrows (hairs falling out much more than is normal, lashes and brows looking thin and sparse and generally pathetic) I have tried loads of other lash/brow products, including a very expensive one which costs at least twice as much as NYK1 (that one DID make my lashes very long, but not thicker (in fact, a bit "spiders legs" looking) and is too expensive for me to buy any more anyway) I've tried lots of slightly cheaper ones, all worked to some extent, but nothing to get excited about. However...I'm really delighted with the NYK1. After around 4 or 5 weeks, I could see that my lashes were a lot longer and also (something I didn't think could happen with a product like this) they are actually thicker! I have now bought some eyelash curlers and tinted my lashes black (I used to do these things years ago, but had given up as my lashes were so sparse) and they now look really good. I would honestly recommend this product to anyone (I know what works well for one person won't necessarily give the same results on the next person, but from my experience it's worth a try!) I have also just purchased the NYK1 eybrow serum, but haven't started using it yet so can't review for a few months (I do know that eyebrow growth serums are generally a bit less successful than eyelash ones, so won't expect miracles, but I'd be overjoyed if it gave even half as good results as the lash serum) Incidentally, both serums come in lovely packaging which the actual tubes fit inside, silver for the lash serum and gold for the brow serum, so pretty!

Pros: defo noticed longer lashes. We love. Cons: have also noticed dark circles and skin discolouration. And possible mould in product. We do not love. I started using this in October 25 and noticed longer lashes within 4 months. However, I also noticed my eyes started looking brown and bruised, which directly correlates to when I started using this. I stopped using it completely a week ago because a colleague asked if I was OK and if my eyes were bruised, it has got that noticeable. Today when emptying the solution, there were loads of tiny black bits. I don't wear makeup often, when I do I have made a point of being very careful to apply this only when completely clean. The amount of black stuff in this solution was significant and I do not think you can blame it on mascara, so I would assume it was mould. The tube has a 6 months recommended life span on it and at this point I am 3 months over that. I could have amended my usage to one application a day or less. That might have prevented/improved the discolouration. It's possible the black bits are not mould. Its also my own fault for using it longer than recommended. But i won't be using this again sadly. Lash results great. Side effects not great. I'm going to try castor oil.
