It's only been two weeks using this and what a massive difference in performance, not just with pushing out heavier weights to get extra muscle tone, but the overall performance of everything was nothing I've experienced! I've used the off the self H&B 6 capsules a day before, but this stuff blows it out of the water! Very little water retention too from speaking to a lot of people already using to great affect! Personally I went for the 186 servings for the longevity so value to money was spot on. I've also noticed about the powder not dissolving properly into the water and being a bit gritty, if you mix it with 100ml of warm water to start with then top up accordingly with cold water it gets it dissolved a lot better for the no grit people out there, and shake it vigorously for 30 seconds too like the instructions advises.
