The tablets contain all essential minerals and vitamins, and some extra ones, such as Biotin. I found that these smell, but they do not have any aftertaste. Just swallow with water. I feel better, and my energy levels have gone up. I recommend it for everyone, as it’s dirt cheap, and quality.

I cannot believe how my health has actually improved since starting on these, i am pleasantly surprised! The downside is they smell absolutely disgusting, i literally hold my breath before even taking the Lid off AND replacing it lol. The Tablet is also Big (for me)

I bought these multivitamins from Nu U as I have used the company before and they seem reliable. I usually get centrum vitamins but the price had went up quite high for a small amount, so I compared the ingredients in centrum with a few brands including nu u and there didn't seem to be much of a difference. I decided to go with this one as it gives a years supply for a reasonable price, so there are plenty for me and my hubby to use daily. A few reviews complain about the smell, they are very strong smelling but that does not mean they are bad, it just means they don't have a certain pharmaceutical coating to mask the smell. I have had other vitamins that smelled like this years ago, I think I got them from a popular supermarket. But if you search the web asking why vitamin pills smell, it explains nothing to worry about. Overall, this multivitamin gives you all the vitamins and minerals that most brands give, but just at a good value. I will definitely be buying again when I eventually run out!

Not too sure about these They absolutely stink As soon as I opened the pack the smell hit me I have never known multivitamins to smell as bad as these I know some do have a slight similar smell though as I've been taking vitamins for years I had to keep them for the time being as I had ran out but I will be buying another brand

However healthily you eat, it is unlikely that you will get every essential vitamin and mineral from your food every day. To supplement with a daily multivitamin seems to me like common sense, and I have been doing this for years. This new one-a-day product from NuU, a highly respected UK company, has a good range of 25 different nutrients, is reasonably priced and has enough tablets to last you for six months. I find them easy to swallow but they are not completely tasteless. I don’t like the non-seal bag they come in, and have transferred mine into a more suitable container.

Au bout de 2 semaines, il y a un réel effet, nous nous sentons mieux, vraiment. Ma femme (+ de 70 ans) a même fait validé le contenu par son médecin traitant car elle prend d'autres médicaments. Le médecin a validé sans restrictions le contenu des pilules. Parfait

Llevo desde diciembre de 2017 usándolas , así que aquí os dejo mis impresiones . Para empezar yo las tomo despues de comer de lunes a viernes y dependiendo del desgaste que tenga durante el día de trabajo por ejemplo si una mañana no he tenido mucho desgaste físico o mental pues no me la tomo . Excluyó los fines de semana porque no trabajo y no es necesario ese suplemneto de más Porque hago esto? Porque sino como con todo el cuerpo se acostumbra y deja de ser tan efectiva . He probado varios complejos vitamínicos y se ha de vigilar con el abuso o bien hacer descansos de 1 mes cada 3 meses etc Que he notado desde que las tomo? Pues mejora en las digestiones (menos gases , menos pesadez , etc), menos fatigas durante la tarde y más energía ,al acabar el día no llego a casa echo un saco de boxeo . Así que en conclusión si no abusas de ellas te dan esea energía extra o ese equilibrio extra que te ayuda a acabar el día.
