Works well with nondairy milk
The media could not be loaded. This product works well with nondairy milk using both hot and cold settings! I used Notmilk whole in the video and Califia cafe oat barista product in the photo on hot dense foam setting for a matcha latte. Amazon wouldn't let me add more videos to show the difference in foam for each product. These nondairy milks still maintained the foam when I mixed my spoon. This is not the case with other nondairy milks and I tried alot of brands. Some frothers are not able to give me a dense foam like this and it's because of the milk not having the stabilizers like gellan gum, and not enough protein and fat. Therefore; it affects the amount of foam or froth you get in your drink. As for blendability, it does a good job when I put matcha, sugar and milk for a matcha latte (in video) or cacao powder, maple syrup and milk for hot cocoa. If you're looking for a nondairy frother that actually froths well and maintains the froth; I recommend this product. It does work with dairy milk as well. I used lactaid 2% reduced fat milk on dense foam setting and it was alot of foam.

This is The One
Easy to clean, whisper quiet, milk foam is perfection. Only caveat compared to the $90 barista style ones is that milk could be hotter. It’s not exactly the same as getting a cap from Starbucks but it’s closest easiest hassle-free way to get one in less than 5 minutes.

Awesome idea with severe drawbacks
The Good1. Easy to pour because of the detachable top.2. It froths the milk as expected.Bad1. LED lights indicating position very hard to see.Basically it’s great at frothing, easy to clean, but a pain to turn on. Here is where the product failed me.1. There are four settings that you select. This is great! However, there is no physical indicator on the dial, just an led light that is very hard to see. Finally, there is almost no resistance in when turning the button, that coupled with the weak led, means that you aren’t really sure what setting you have it on at times. When it works, it’s great. However, it’s just to hard to reliably turn on.The kiss of death,Okay, so I can work with the above draw backs, however, the frother doesn’t always turn on due to its auto shut off feature. So you end up standing around looking for a a weak led light that might be on or off, trying to turn a dial to a position that might be what you want but you can’t be sure because of said led light, and lack of resistance while trying to get it to start. I gave up after 3 weeks.Of all the little kitchen gadgets I received over Christmas this was the the worst one.

Overall perfect
Been using for a few days. Easy to use and most importantly to clean. The foaming function is is like any cappuccino from coffeehouse, in no time. It can make hot, cold foam; it can heat the milk, it can make chocolate as thick as you like.
