Bought a secondhand electric guitar from a smoker. Used this stuff to wash the neck, front and back. Excellent results. Also used on the gig bag (I know, not wood) and that had good results too. The gig bag may need a second run, but the neck of the guitar is great. I can’t get sense any smell of cigarettes. Odours like this can linger in wood but this has worked. The new smell reminds me of soap I used as a kid 40 years ago!πŸ˜‚ Review: Great to clean artists brushes - Used this to clean and soften some oil painting brushes. Squeeze your mop out and then use large, sweeping motions, running the mop over your floor. After a few passes, insert the mop back into the bucket to rinse out the dirt, then repeat the above. **Q: Does have a strong Fragance?** A: Strong not at all. It does have what I can only describe as a woody cleaning fragrance. But it doesn't last **Q: Will this work on black lacquered furniture?** A: This will definitely work on black lacquered furniture. It cleans and polishes at the same time. However, I prefer the Murphys Oil in spray bottle form. **Q: Can you use on vinyl floors?** A: I would use on baseboards, doors, anything wood but floors. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ GOAT! *by J***R on 21 February 2026* Well, well!
