BUY this frisbee if you really want to have a perfect flyer! I have been searching for the perfect frisbee, weight, size, etc. and THIS IS IT. You won't be sorry. No rough edges, perfect weight and size, hours of fun. Don't worry about not getting to pick color, you won't care once you throw it. And the all the colors are great anyway!

We've had the previous style for about 6 years and it's still going strong but we decided to get another one to play with more friends at once. They are not the same frisbees. I'd say this new one is thicker, the ledge that you grip is a little longer and my tween actually likes this new one more. I also think it throws farther but it's all subjective.

Everything fine except the color. Wouldn't choose the rose color, but received exactly rose.

I have always liked the 175G pro class weight for a Frisbee. It throws well and far and lets you relay get some energy into the throw since it does not buckle up or distort when thrown with high force. This is an real Whamo Frisbee and you can definitely tell the difference from poser disks and related round objects.I did not rate this on the scale for "light weight" since that make no sense. If I had wanted a lighter weight Frisbee I would have bought a lighter one. That's not an advantage.

Threw to my dog one time and it cracked almost in half

Colors Vary. Thats a crap shoot. You really should allow for picking colors. I really wanted the Green one what I got was the Blue one. Color me dissapointed.

This is The original 70’s frisbee, I had one for more than 12 years until totally destroyed by a big dog. The classic balance and weight for throw and catch, Ultimate or trick solo, this is a blast from the past from a time begone when kids just played outdoors for hours with this in summer time....
