Q: I’m 6’0, 255 lbs. which size of jacket ?

I’m 6 feet and about 230 I bought an XL fit great. My waist is a 38 if that helps

Q: Do these jackets run small?

I'm 5'11'' 190 lbs. and bought a large. It fits fine everywhere, but the arms are a little long for me. Maybe I have short arms, but I like the jacket and just rolled up the cuff.

Q: what is the size of lower pockets?

I am 5'8 with medium sized hands. I would wear a medium glove. My hands for pretty comfortably. Also a 5.2 inch cell phone would fit good as well. The good thing is you can put things in from the top of the pocket as well as the side. They are compartmentalised separately.

I'm 55'10 and 230 and bought XXL which is roomy and comfortable.
