Bad Brand
This particular rivet gun cannot be hand held to work, it will twist your hand badly. You have to use a wrench with it. Tried it with tiny rivets all the way to 3/16 rivets. The gearing mechanism is not right for 3/16 in rivets. I have another brand it works very well. I contacted the company but they resisted the idea and offered me no help. Don't buy this Model or Brand.

frustrating...could work better
frustrating when you end up having to [pry the rivet out because it didn't expand all the way...tends to break tails off rivets before they are fully expanded on the larger rivets...i found that stainless steel tails work better than the aluminum ones but still not real great

use less than 1/2 of the adjustible clutch strength for best results.
a helpful piece of advice: only use this with a drill gun with adjustable clutch, and only have the clutch set at about 10 (or just less then 1/2 of its maximum setting); if you have the clutch set too high, then it will really cinch down on the rivet shaft tightly, and will not release it when you reverse the drill, resulting in you having to take off the top part and grip the spent rivet shaft with a pair of pliers and twist it out by hand.there is a little bit of a learning curve, but it works great. glad i bought it.

Item was very difficult to use and did not work ...
Item was very difficult to use and did not work as advertised. It was worth a try and a novel approach to riveting. I have since reverted to a normal rivet gun.

This thing is awesome
I was a little leery of this tool until I used it. It works great and is better than the price would suggest. Works as fast as my pneumatic but I can use on a job site and I have started using it in my shop as well. I would definite recommend and buy this again.

Instructions
The product is very good, and once u work out how to use it, it's great, the downside is there is No instructions with it, and it needs them, I worked out how to use it fairly quickly, but I have used and repaired tool most of my life, and someone without a mechanical background, may find it hard to work out how to use it.

Rubbish
Absolute rubbish ,I’m in the building trade and I fully know how to use it ,inserted rivit engage the tool ,worked well but never relesed the tail of the rivit it was stuck in side ,through it on the skip after 20 mins trying to get it out.
