Good Road Bike for Beginners!
Light weight road bike is great for beginners. I am doing my first triathlon in March, so I bought this bike to train and race with. The assembly is easy. I am not a good builder so it was helpful that there is a video on the Amazon page. I did have problems with figuring out how to adjust my brakes because I am unfamiliar with road bikes, but I contacted the seller and they were able to help. The seller responded by with details to help me within 24 hours. If I were to go back in time, I would buy this bike again 100%. 5-stars!

This thing fell apart on my first commute to work, could have put me in a hospital.
On my first day taking it to work (5.4 miles away, so 10.8 in total, to and from) it fell apart on me. I was going about 10mph on average, went no more than 15mph fastest. On the way to work, one of the brake pads of the front tire fell off so we’re ALREADY starting off bad; I had to use the rear tires only for the trip back home. Then, on the return trip, while I stopped at an intersection, the front tire just falls off. Thankfully, it happened only a couple blocks away from home so I didn’t have to walk all that much. But at that moment, I honestly wasn’t even worried about the bike, I just couldn’t help but think about what would have happened if the tire decided to fall off WHILE I was riding over 10mph on a busy street. I would have no doubt ended up in a hospital bed.Honestly I knew this was very cheap for a road bike but I thought “Come on, a bike this cheap couldn’t be all that terrible” and would satisfy my basic wants and needs. But I guess this is a lesson that there is a limit to frugalness and that certain things you simply cannot cheap out on… Just gotta bite the bullet and put down the big bucks for things that are truly worth it. If you are a beginner, do yourself a favor, be a bit more patient, save up a little longer and get yourself a solid bike for a couple hundred more that’ll truly last you. For your money and most importantly, YOUR SAFETY.

Good for price
I just get this one good price, you just have to updated, is a good frame, have to put new brakes, it desconfigure all time and are to hard to long to stop.. just get because need for my job and do some hobby sport, but have to updated for more professional sport style, so realice you are buying a good frame for a city short rides.

It worked until it didn’t.
The media could not be loaded. I put it together and took it to the bike shop to get adjusted. Since then, it ride well and looks good. Love the new bike for now!Okay, so the tire is flat and I went to go pump the tire only to learn the air piece sunk into the tire. The way it was made it seems like it a little cheap (hence the price), so I definitely see it’s a manufacturer malfunction.

Good starter road bike!
Very fast, was easy to put together. One thing I hate is the V’breaks. In the description it said it had both… oh well still worth it for a starter bike. Oh seat sucks, your gonna want to replace that!

Great customer support!
I must give credit to the folks at PanAme for great customer support! They were genuinely concerned with my overall satisfaction with the bike and communicated with me in a timely and helpful manner! Well deserving of 5 stars!!!

Sub quality
The already assembled part was not assembled properly. Not very good tires. One made it 9 miles and the other 34 miles. Really not impressed. I've spent almost $150 in repairs and have hardly ridden it.

Cable snapped
I got this for my son for a bike trip he has at camp. It’s over 200 miles that they go on. He’s had the bike for less than a month and the cable for his gear shifter snapped 5 days before the trip. I’m hoping I can bring the bike or cable to the bike shop an hour from me before he leaves Monday to get it fixed.
