I bought these to help with my candida and just started treatment. I have had minimal side effects and hopeful that it does the job. I think it’s best to use them in combination with other supplements and an alternative diet, removing all sugar.

I did not take the full recommended dose just half but it worked well when pairing it with my protocol to eradicate H2S sibo . I took it away from my minerals ( also from this brand ) since this is a chelator .

Then I took oregano and black seed pills, I mixed activated charcoal with psyllium husk powder and water took that as a binder. Throughout the day I drank apple cider vinegar with the mother and ate 1 clove of raw garlic. Before going to sleep I took a good probiotic. I did this for a week. That’s all you need. Now I’m a brand new man.
