In my wallet
I placed this in my wallet because I live near a power plant. I don’t have the knowledge to test but it did arrive new.

I like this for the size. It's the size of a credit card.

You need this WITH the card
https://a.co/d/1IVz5jQI’m keeping these in the freezer (except for one to play with). You’ll need this (and the fluorescent flashlight I’ve linked) IF your freezer no longer has power. Think about it.

Read before purchase
Nice little card, but some caveats. FIRST, it has a service life of two years at room temperature, longer if kept in the freezer- i had planned to keep it in my wallet, and my body temperature is warmer than room temperature. That shortens its functional life and who on earth would keep something like this in the freezer. It would defeat the purpose. SECOND, it indicates its life is two years from date of issuance. No where on the card, or insert, does it indicate the date of issuance. THIRD, to accurately read the acute dose monitor, you need to view it under fluorescent light to estimate dose (mSv). In a nuclear emergency, there is a greater than likely chance that there will be no power. How would you use this card if you did not have access to a fluorescent light. For these reasons, I would not have purchased this card had I known this information. It is doubtful it is returnable.

It said it was a 50 pack and I only got 1.
It said it was a 50 pack and even gave the cost per item for 50 of them. False advertising.
