I was looking for an inexpensive, simple product thst allowed sunlight to easily brighten the room during the day; rather than my 3 lamps. These ropes easily keep my living room curtains gently pulled open to each side, without looking rigged or junky. At night we have to keep our curtains shut because outsiders can definitely see in the entire room. So, I needed something that I could quickly set up in the morning, as well as something I could quickly take down at night. I realized, that, In order to become a task that takes but seconds twice a day, the ropes need to be stored in a close area next to the curtains at nighttime. It wouldn't work if I had to search for them every morning. I have 2 playful kittens who see any dangly object as a toy to bat with their little paws; I have 2 kids with sensory issues wherein a silky-feeling rope with magnets that open and close with magnetic pull sensation would make for appealing fidget toys. So, the problem was: where do I store these at night, when they are not on the curtains? ( I was surprised that all 4 of my "kiddies" left these alone while on the curtains). The window sill didn't work to store them on because the ropes would end up on the floor. I lucked out because my windows have sliding mechanisms where I could safely store two ropes in each windows' sliding track. It works perfectly for us. The ropes are out of sight because the curtains are closed and in front of the windows and tracks.. It takes seconds to set up and. It has become a signal to my house's inhabitants what time of day it is. I rarely come up with a low priced item that actually solves my problem. I was leery because it seems like my vision is distorted while searching for products that become my easy, daily living solutions. But, the storing part is something you will want to give thought to before purchasing.

These ties worked great for my curtains and look nice too. One slid down a bit but I just need to adjust/fluff the curtains a bit. The quality seems good and definitely happy with the price I paid for them.

Does the job but kind of cheaply made. Hot glue sloppily showing. If you're not oicky and just want a magnet to hold the curtains, it does hold them pretty well

The magnets make them so easy to use. I use them on thin curtains, wrap them around twice and they look great.

Purchased these for use on our curtains throughout our home. They work pretty well overall. The only small issue is that they tend to slide down the curtain (a little) of the window or door the curtain is on is open and there is a breeze coming through. Aside from that, they are visually appealing and work generally well without the need for mounting anything on your wall. I would recommend.

I love them ! So simple, but look amazing and work perfectly. Purchased a black pair for the bedroom and will probably by other colours for a couple of other rooms x
