All the guys in the house ask for it every weekend. And all the recipes also work for the smaller bundt sizes too. Just lesson the time that the cake is baked. Otherwise everything is the same. A little tip, when the recipes call for real vanilla bean you can substitute vanilla paste in a jar (also bought on desertcart) I use the paste instead of bean or extract and it works fabulous. The variety of recipes in this cookbook is incredible. I never knew so many things were possible with a bundt pan. The first recipe I made was the Lemon Lover's Bundt. It turned out delightfully moist with the perfect balance of tart and sweet, and the glaze was so addictive. Along with classic recipes, the book includes creative recipes for filled bundts, yeast-based breads and savory meals that can be cooked entirely in a bundt pan. This is so much more than a dessert cookbook. If you're on the fence about buying this book, the recipe for Sweet Belgian Craquelin is worth it all on it's own. The buttery, crunchy pastry tastes like something straight out of a European patisserie. There are so many more recipes I'm excited to make for the holidays, like the eggnog and sticky toffee pudding cakes. And for my nieces and nephews, I can't wait to make the playful, colorful kids' cakes like funfetti, rainbow swirl and a piñata cake that has candies that fall out when you slice it.
