Glorious colors. All soft pastels are dusty, so warm weather is pastel time when I can create outdoors. Perfect for capturing the vivid colors of flowers and foliage growing in pots on the deck and spring/summer landscapes. Happy with my purchase.

These are medium soft
A good value but not soft enough for me. They are paper wrapped. I prefer no paper. The sides have a slick coating which perhaps is used to protect the pastels but if you want to use them on their sides you will need to wear the shiny coating off first.

Good all color set for those just starting who don't want to waste $ on cheap materials but need an all round set for colors.
