This hot water bottle is incredibly useful
I recently purchased a hot water bottle with a cover which goes around the waist and it's one of the best purchases I ever made for my health and comfort. This hot water bottle is incredibly useful for relieving menstrual cramps, lower back pain, or simply for keeping me warm during the winter. The waist strap feature allows me to wear the hot water bottle securely and comfortably while I go about my day. The cover also keeps the water bottle clean and prevents any accidental burns. I love the fact that it's reusable and eco-friendly. It's also easy to fill and stays warm for hours, providing me with constant relief from my discomfort. Overall, I would highly recommend this hot water bottle with a cover to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable solution for pain relief and warmth.

Not suitable for plus size
Which is a pity as this was bottle and cover keeps warm for hours. I am a size 16 and can't fit the wrap around, only downside but the I bought it so that I could use it for IBS and hip arthritis, aww well š

Hands free hot water bottle.
The media could not be loaded. Ā As a woman that suffers with bad time-of-the-month related pains, I don't know how I lived without this before now. It's so handy and well designed. It can be used to wrap around virtually any part of the body for pain or comforting heat, but for me, it's proving most useful for menstrual pains and cramps. Those stick-on self heating patches never work for me, so hot water bottles are how I manage a lot of menstrual pain. The best part of this bottle wrap for me is that I don't have to sit or lie down with it on my stomach, which limits activity - I can wrap this around myself and go about daily business as normal. It's so compact that I've even nipped to the shops wearing it this week and worn it in the car whilst driving. Even if I'm not in pain, I like to wear it as it keeps me warm as winter is definitely on the way. It's very secure once it's on too, I've had no slippage or incidents of it falling off - just don't fill the hot water bottle too full, or it protrudes from the 'pouch' and feels too heavy. Something to note is that the Velcro wrap is in fact quite small when it comes to overall length, so it's not great for larger sized bodies if intended for usage around the waist area. (For reference, I'm personally very petite, so it's a perfect design for my frame with plenty of room to spare on the adjustable strap when worn around my waist/hips area.) Overall, SUPER useful, especially for portable heat use in these colder months. 5 stars from me.

Small hot water bottle with small belt.
This hot water bottle is small and compact. It comes with a soft plush Velcro fastening belt with a hand pouch so you can fasten the hot water bottle to your body. I thought this was a great idea, but unfortunately the strap on the belt is just a little too small on me. It would we suitable for a slim adult or older child. I would not attach a hot water bottle to a younger child as this could cause burns on their delicate skin. The hot water bottle itself is small and seems well made. It has a capacity of 600mls, but only safely holds 500mls of water when you remove the air. It feels well made and does not leak. It has a string wrist strap attachment that can be used to support it when filling. This I found to be a little tricky, but it does work when placing the base of the hot water bottle on a flat surface. I prefer to just hold the neck, with my hand, very carefully. The tartan bag is interesting as itās very small and made of a thin soft material. The hot water bottle has to be folded and placed inside the bag whilst empty. There is also a small drawstring polythene hygiene bag.Overall this is a good little hot water bottle. I would have liked the strap on the belt to have been at least half as long again to fit all sizes. Then it would be ideal to use for pain relief in your abdomen, lower back, pelvis and hips.

A cosy way to add heat
With winter tapping on the door and heating costs at the forefront of our minds it is cheap focused warmth like these that are welcome. These items are particularly nice for kids with the face on the front. The nice feel of both itsā soft velour - type outer and woolly- feeling inner material makes it more attractive and gives it a cosy feel. Hands can be tucked into the two sided pocket at the front. This offers heat to the hands as well as warmth on the tummy area and can be held in place with a Velcro fastening. This can also be useful if heat is needed in other areas. Its warmth can be useful with aching muscles and maybe even for an earache.Whilst the water bottle can be used by itself, with its cover and within the pocket furthest behind the face the warmth will stay longer and be more āmutedā the more layers used - great for extra warmth and cosiness when relaxing as well as to some extent walking around. Could even be good under a bulky coat if having to stand around! The bottle itself seems thick and strong with a heart pattern on the outside that gives a ālovingā message as well as helps with grip. These items can be folded up when not in use and unlike similar things around this includes a waterproof drawstring bag for storage of the bottle. (Although not robust could be useful). This seems good value for money for a versatile way to help keep warm and ease some aching.
