This is the 3rd time I ordered for the 3rd radio set in 2 weeks. 1. First order : iBell Radio - it was unpacked, handle partially broken, does not charge even after 5 hrs of charging continuously, however sound was very good. Second Order : iBell radio replacement - it has no sound & also does not charge , fully defective. Third Order : I asked for money return & ordered Philips radio this time. This is also defective, no sound at all. No adapter is given. I took to radio shop & they tried with adaptor & battery but no sound at all. So pls take this Philips radio back. I AM TOTALLY DEJECTED, FRUSTRATED, VERY UPSET WITH AMAZON FOR THIS TYPE OF DEALING & SENDING FAULTY RADIO SETS FOR 3 TIMES CONSECUTIVELY.

Really good radio for the price. The sound is clear and loud, and FM reception works well. Bluetooth connects easily, and having USB and SD card support is very useful. The retro brown design also looks nice. Overall, a good value-for-money product.

Overall good product. Retro and nostalgic look. Good performance with good sound. FM and Bluetooth modes are very good. High quality build with sturdy and responsive buttons.

The product is bad not recommended at all. After using for 1 month it's not working. Their customer support do not respond. Even after raising issue in their portal no resolution even though my product is under warranty.
