Will mostly fit a small child unless you stretch it to the extreme. I have no hair on my head which is small as I wear medium in hats, yet I had to extremely stretch it to fit. It doesn’t wort returning since the return shipping is more than half of what I paid for it. I rated it 2 stars because the quality of the material is good.
