Excellent. First of all, make sure you measure the tip of your cane before purchasing, so that you get the right size! I got a one inch tip for a wooden cane/stick for my father before going to the beach, and it was easy enough to put onto the cane! The cane did stand up by itself with this new tip, and it worked great on the wooden floor, the concrete… even in the sand!! It had little grippers on the bottom which added a nice, secure grip when placing to walk. My father has no problems in the sand; it definitely helped. I’d recommend!!

I've had my Aspen walking stick for 20 years and have always had issues with the little round tips. This tip is amazing! Very sturdy yet flexible enough to move and bend on uneven surfaces. The bottom grip is really good yet soft enough to not damage carpet or flooring. Ice and snow no longer problematic! Extra bonus - my cane now stands upright and I don't have to pick it up from the floor a dozen times a day!

Makes my can stand up without weird extra legs. I find that very useful. More heavy duty than I expected. I will be very curious about non slip performance in snow and ice

My dad has been using a cane for a couple years now and we go through tips constantly because the old rubber ones would wear smooth after a few months, especially on our gravel driveway. I ordered these mostly because of the sand and snow claim since he walks the dog on the beach path every morning regardless of weather. First time we put one on, the push and twist install took maybe thirty seconds and it fit snug on his standard cane tube. He tried it out on the driveway right away and said he could actually feel less shock going up into his wrist compared to the old flattened tip. The self-standing thing also matters more than I expected, he sits down at the coffee shop and the cane just stands there instead of clattering to the floor. It's been a few months now through some rain and one decent snow and the tip still has good tread on it, no cracking or peeling either. It grips wet tile at the doctor's office too which was the one spot the old tips would slide a bit. Only small thing is the tip is a touch bulkier than the last one so it looked slightly odd on his folding cane at first, but that's really it. For the price of two he's set for a while and honestly walks more confidently now.

They advertise that they fit crutches, but they do not! I bought these for my daughter after ACL surgery so she could still watch her beach volleyball team. We got to the beach and I tried to put them in and they didn’t fit! They are way too small. Probably good for a cane

I live on crutches due to a disability , and these have been a lifesaver for hiking , and off pathing with crutches! The little rubber feet on most crutches can wear and get slick pretty fast and always kept me from venturing too far off path, and everytime I’ve been to the beach in Florida I’ve struggled with sand and normal crutches…. NOT ANYMORE! These are your best friend in sand , rocks, and slicker surfaces! The rubber sleeve that goes into the crutches is flexible and helps with keeping ya level and stable , I can see that are being the stress and wear spot …. But for the cost I’ll be buying again if they wear out , as they are worth every penny to me for the ability to go out and do more !!

nice to begin with. After use for a while thenubs on bottom began to break off and it loses some stability. Won't last even a year. Dissapointed.

Bought for my mom who is using a crutch after hip surgery. With out winter weather, a little more grip and surface area is needed. Works great. Read the sizing carefully before ordering to save time having to exchange.

Bought this for a family trip where there was steep hills and sand, unfortunately didn't realize it was sold in singles so didn't get to use it but it fits on the end of crutches . Just remember to buy 2 if you have crutches.

I thought this item was wonderful on snow and ice on the bottom of my Grandson’s crutches. They made a huge difference going from outside to inside and visa versa for him to manoeuvre safely. Much safer than without. Problem was they really stick out at the bottom , which makes sense, more real estate to cover safely but in a crowded Public School hallway it created a tripping hazard. And even worse in the Classroom.
