Review: Good product, but check your rafters first. - Well built, efficient, quiet, easy to install. Looks great in our new bathroom, warms up the room and clears steam well. Would recommend checking which way your rafters run as this box can only run with the vent coming out parallel to the rafter run. (Box is aprox 8"x14" with vent on end making the 14" side need even more clearance) .

My husband had to problem solve to retrofit this new unit into the existing hole in the ceiling-- the original fan had the bracket set up on the long side of the unit vs the short side as this unit does, but he did it and we have a vent fan and heater! So far I am very happy with the product. It is an aesthetic and functional improvement.

Well built, efficient, quiet, easy to install. Looks great in our new bathroom, warms up the room and clears steam well. Would recommend checking which way your rafters run as this box can only run with the vent coming out parallel to the rafter run. (Box is aprox 8"x14" with vent on end making the 14" side need even more clearance) .

Over all I am pretty happy with it. It is dead quiet. It wasn’t too bad to install, but if you are not comfortable with crawling in your attic and electric wiring, hire someone to install this. I gave it four stars because it just does not move as much air as I would like. I would prefer it be a bit louder and to move more air.
