Well built, efficient, quiet, easy to install. Looks great in our new bathroom, warms up the room and clears steam well. Would recommend checking which way your rafters run as this box can only run with the vent coming out parallel to the rafter run. (Box is aprox 8"x14" with vent on end making the 14" side need even more clearance) .

After the better part of 3 years in our first home without a working vent fan in our master bathroom, we decided it was time to resolve that issue. The size of the old unit left us with few options to choose from (8" x14" may have been a common size when our house was built, but not anymore!). After a few hours of research, I found the Delta Breeze. I was happy to see it had LED lighting and the sound output was quite low. My husband had to problem solve to retrofit this new unit into the existing hole in the ceiling-- the original fan had the bracket set up on the long side of the unit vs the short side as this unit does, but he did it and we have a vent fan and heater! So far I am very happy with the product. It is an aesthetic and functional improvement.

Over all I am pretty happy with it. It is dead quiet. It wasn’t too bad to install, but if you are not comfortable with crawling in your attic and electric wiring, hire someone to install this. I gave it four stars because it just does not move as much air as I would like. I would prefer it be a bit louder and to move more air.

You can Just hear it. But not enough to annoy you. I wired the Fan (Black wire) and LED Light ( Blue wire) together and used my existing light switch. Pulled another 14/2 to an additional switch, but I used a 60 minute timer/switch to power the Heater (Red wire). I’m in Monterey, CA and it’s damp here. 62 year old house, and it’s the first fan this bath ever had. The LED is REALLY bright. The heater is nice, it makes just enough noise to know it’s on. Only takes minutes to heat the room. I’ll buy another to replace a 4 sone Fan/Heatlamp in my master bath.

The heater really kicks out a lot of heat, the vent draws damp air from the room, and the light is just right for the space. Little noise, certainly much quieter than the one it replaced! Simple, flush cover mount looks nice.

I bought this to replace an old noisy fan that was original in our house. We got tired of the noise and bought the Delta. I had to take the old one out through the attic and while I was up there I slipped the new one in. I figured the wiring out before I climbed in to the attic so it was just a matter of connecting the wires and it worked perfectly. It's so quiet that it won't mask any sounds. The heater and LED light works great. A very good purchase.

I’ve put quite a few of these in and they are great value for the money reasonably quiet and easy to install.

I purchased this unit back in June 2020. The installation was not hard. The heater seems to work fine. I purchased this unit because I read in the reviews how well the fan worked and how mirrors no longer got fogged up. Wrong! I tested the fan by putting a piece of toilet paper right by it and it would not even hold the paper up, to me shows no suction. I did the same with my other (less expensive fan) in my other bathroom and that fan holds a paper towel ! ALSO MY MIRRORS STILL FOG UP ANYTIME ANYONE TAKES A SHOWER. I WOULD NOT RECOMMED THIS FAN.
