This is the BEST makeup remover I’ve ever used. I use quite a number of harsher treatments and serums on my face, and this never ever irritates or dries it. My one and only slightly negative comment would be to be very careful with the silicone scrubber. I didn’t even think I was using it that hard until my serum stung my face afterwards. Just be careful if you use items like that or have sensitive skin

Perfect! Nelts all the make up and everything on your face and makes them ready to remove from face. I LOOOVE the massager very well- it gives a very pleasant feeling and of course helps the product work in the pores as well.I just wish it didnt bother my eyes, I should really wash them well after using this, otherwise the tears won't stop.

After a very emotional year my face was a disaster area and so amazingly dry my skin would crack. My dermatologist suggested this brand and within a few days I saw improvement. The balm is soothing to irritated skin but still gets the cleaning job done. The mit that comes with it is gentle but thorough.

Balm feels wonderful and really gets the makeup off. I don’t use the rubber mit, just my fingers.

Mine came with the mitt, it sasy it on the box. I got a sample of this from Sephora and LOVED it. I didn't want to wait for Sephora to ship the full size or to go to Sephora, it was black Friday so I saw it on amazon and it arrived the next day. MY skin is glowing. This is amazing.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Absolutely love this product, I received sample from Dermalogica specialist before purchasing online. Trial sizes are always cost effective when on a budget but in need of skin repair urgently...15ml will last me around 2 months, you only need a pea size or even half that, to get your skin looking replenished and fresh. Only recommended for really dry or even sensitive skin. Love my purchase and would purchase again from this supplier.
