Great Non-Alcoholic Evening Drink
I bought these as a better evening drink option, and they have helped me a lot. I have nearly stopped drinking alcohol, and having something like this around has made that change much easier. The Grapefruit Tangerine flavor is really good. It is crisp, refreshing, and has enough bite to feel like an actual adult drink without being overly sweet or heavy. It gives me something enjoyable to reach for at night without alcohol, which has been a big part of building a healthier routine. Since switching to drinks like this, my sleep has been better, my mood has been better, and I feel better overall. I am not saying it is magic, but having a relaxing, non-alcoholic drink that I actually enjoy has made a noticeable difference. This dink tastes great and really works. When I am anxious, one of these calms me right down. Better than taking medicine! Pricey- wish they were cheap but worth it!

Just what anyone who has trouble sleeping needs
I have seen several ads for similar products and have been curious. Saw this during the sale so thought I would try it. I got the grapefruit tangerine flavor. It more tangerine than grapefruit in my opinion, but I mix in ruby red grapefruit juice and it's perfect. I use half a can mixed with equal parts grapefruit juice and drink over 15-20 min just before bed. I work in hospital medicine and work, so I have a very stressful job and this is perfect at making me feel relaxed like I had a glass of wine. I work 7 days on and 7 days off and use this during my work week. Helps to quiet my mind before bed. Have only used 2 cans so far, but I got the same relaxed feeling each time. Hopefully with continued alternate week use, my body won't adapt to the relaxed sensation.
