Fits great, feels comfortable, and the camo pattern is great.
Pattern is good, fit is good. Wore it waterfowl hunting on a really windy day with snow falling and temperatures in the teens and it kept me plenty warm. It's not too tight and not too loose plus it covers my ears great. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good hat for hunting.Update: used for a full north Dakota waterfowl season and it held up great. Not only is it warm and comfortable but it has heard up great. After all the days in the brush and cattails and being thrown around the blind it doesn't have any tears or any issues at all. I'm impressed and would recommend it to a friend.

Fading
I won't lie, I own a lot of banded gear and this is probably my least favorite of the bunch. The hat fits fine on my XL head, it even covers my ears. But after only a few times wearing it, the camo has really started to fade and almost is turning white. I haven't washed it or done anything to it to alter the color. Pretty disappointing coming from a reputable company like Banded.

Looooooove it!
Fits perfectly; nice and warm. Hate the ironed-on logo. But, I’ll wear that to the back, so I won’t dock them a star for it.
