This is the same product as the other competitor except it's cheaper. The plastic is tough and flexible. The 2" version holds small stones well. I used it on a very steep driveway. Once rocks are poured over it stays in place but I do recommend securing it with some small stakes if it's to be driven over or used as a walk way on an incline. I used some small u-shaped stakes to secure it and keep it open. Works exactly as intended and I would purchase again.

Since I have never installed one of those honeycomb grids before, it was a little bit of a pain at first, but once you understand how it lays out, it's not so bad. The images I have submitted is the ground where I put the grid into, and just an example how I store a vehicle inside of my portable garage. I purchased about 2 tons of crushed gravel and gradually spread it out into the honeycomb and pressed it down with a hand-based ground flattening tool. So far the honeycomb grid is holding up very strong, but from time to time you have to check whatever you put into the honeycomb grid, and my case since I use gravel, I might have to put some additional gravel from time to time to keep an eye on any settling from the ground itself, this is not due to the honeycomb grid.

I was able to stretch this out between 4x4 timbers to lock them in place. I stapled them to the 4x4s so they didn’t move. If I didn’t do this I feel like it may have collapsed as I put the rock in. Put the rocks in slowly and evenly. It feels pretty solid now and good for your feet not to sink. Gave it 4 stars as it may depend on the application.

I have a steep slope that is greater than 45 degrees that I had purchased rock for. After the first wheelbarrow full I quickly realized how stupid I was! Then I did quick researched and found this product. Installed it and dumped 2 1/2 ton truckloads of rock on top of it then I felt like genius. With a foundation of rock being held in place with this product it was easy to put a top layer that easily covered this grid. Great product! If needed would purchase again. Highly Recommended.

We spent a number of hours trying to get this material to lay properly and after a number of parking attempts with a car and a truck the material is NOT stable, breaks and pulls up. This is not worth the money and especially your time.
