I used to take Vitamin C in pill form and didn’t notice much of a difference in immunity, but once I switched over to liquid Vitamin C I saw a huge change. Definitely absorbs into my system better. Digests well: I’ve had stomach problems with some supplements both pills and liquids, but I had zero issues with this product! Liquid vitamins have been a game changer for me to stay consistent, so I love this product! I drink green juice every morning and put these Vitamin C drops in it. I keep the bottle right next to my green juice powder in the kitchen so I never forget to take it! It’s so much easier to just incorporate these essential vitamins into my daily routine than taking pill supplements, which in turn benefits my overall health long term. The taste is mild so I don’t notice a huge difference in my green juice which I like. Some liquid vitamins have a potent undesirable flavor. It’s also easy to take on its own! This stuff works. I take it to combat my easy bruising that is caused by my faulty collagen (from Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome). I smashed my finger very badly the other day, and I thought I was probably going to lose my fingernail. IT DIDN’T EVEN BRUISE. I also noticed I don’t have rogue bruises all over my legs like I usually do. It tastes great, and it is very easy on the stomach. My only complaint is the dropper only pulls up maybe .50 ml at a time, sometimes less.

I would of given 5 stars but dropper isn't great, only does 1/2 dropper full and take 2 full droppers for 30 drops great tasting no side effects smooth just put it on my tongue taking to go with my collegne To soon to se how it's working

My husband turned me onto the benefits of liposomal Vitamin C and we were using a different brand in capsule format which became unavailable. In searching for a replacement, we found and decided to switch to this one from Vitablosom. So glad we did! It has a higher dose of Vit C and I didn't realize until we started researching that the liposomal version is more absorbed/usable by the body than a capsule or tablet because those just pass through your gut with minimal absorption. Super easy to take with the dropper system and the flavor is great. Also, you're getting other healthy benefits from the phosphatidylcholine and MCT oil as well (for brain health). This product does NOT have sugar in it like other products, which was also important to us. Try it - this is a great product!
