Skyfood 12" Table Top Dough Roller And Sheeter 1/2 Hp

I bought one of these Fleetwood CLM-300 Dough Sheeter machines and it was delivered a week ago. I tried it on my pastry dough and it messed up the dough. I tried several settings but the same result - the dough came out falling apart. I called the company and was told this machine can only process certain types of dough - it cannot process pastry dough! There wasn't enough info from the manufacturers for prospective buyers and the so-called manual is a joke. It doesn't have anything useful about operating the machine, what type of dough it can process or how to adjust settings for best results on different dough mixtures. This machine cost me over $2k for purchase and shipping - now I have to find a way to recover my money. Please do your research well before spending your hard-earned money on this machine.
