Smaller than expected, but looks pretty

Recieved but so tiny but that's my fault cause went by the picture completely missed the word micro so not realy what I wanted but ok to keep whe needing spares if I lose mine till I can get another one

All the jewels have fallen out I'm left with 1 intact

Everything is fine, standard size microdermal tops that work well & are good quality

Very pretty micro dermal tops, the clarity of the gems are like that of a higher quality gem. I’ve had no problems with the tops being loose on the anchors, they are super sturdy even with a few knocks to them!
