These are great for hot or cold however several have burst after little use but they were semi cheap.

Useful but leaking after a few uses in microwave. Is that liquid safe ?

I have fibromyalgia and other health issues.I find that compresses that can be used both hot and cold can sometimes help.My hands/wrists are causing me a lot of pain too and i wear support braces. But can't wear them for too long.I ordered these round compresses usually used for eyes.But I put them inbetween my palm and brace to help cool my hot hands down, and help with the pain.
