Thankful my lash line is renewed!!!
I'm sharing my experience to hopefully help someone: I have had problems with my eyelashes for awhile, for a couple years. Itchy, itchy itchy. I always thought it was my bad non stop allergies, or my contact lenses and long computer screen use that irritated them. Took allergy meds, allergy eye drops, etc. I tried changing my makeup brands because near the end of the day the itchiness was worse. I went without eye makeup (yikes) for a week, yet STILL itchy. A lash or three would feel bothersome, I'd pull them out to relieve, but then I was left with bare spots. I could rub the area and decent length lashes would fall out. It would take longer than normal for my lashes to grow back. Some lashes were growing all wonky too, some would curve sideways or over curled back to the eyelid, and some straight down. I considered lash perming IF I could get enough of them to grow long enough. I tried to find some fake lashes for casual use, or events, but it was so difficult to find a natural looking pair when you don't want to look like a Vegas Showgirl at a professional setting. Why was my lash growth changing?? I didn't get answers from my optometrist, and when I went to an opthalmologist (for an emergency, not eyelash related) he only suggested using J&J baby shampoo to clean my eyelids. That stung daily when used so close to my eyes with zero improvement. Meanwhile, I have been on oral Minoxidil for 10 months already for post menopausal hairloss and taking biotin supplements. I tried different high end lash serums with little to no results. My scalp hairloss had stopped 3 months in after starting Minoxidil and noticed increased hair growth everywhere EXCEPT my lashes. Then, I saw a commercial for a prescription eyedrop for eyemites. I explored 'Dr Google' about this eye mite/demodex thing and found similar symptoms and starting matching them up. The lack of growth, the crooked growth, and even how wearing mascara is more irritating as the day passes, to the little tiny bumps along the lashline. While my eyes never looked anywhere severe like the example pics of demodex, I had noticed occasional morning (light) crusties when using nighttime eye moisture drops the last few months. After 'diagnosing' myself that I might have this, I read that I could get an eyelid cleanser specifically for demodex over the counter, no prescription. I figured I could try it before waiting on an appt with a new opthalmologist. After comparing eyelid cleansers, I decided on a foaming cleanser. It sounded like it would be the most gentle compared to rubbing my eyes with wipes and chose this brand based on ingredients and reviews. I started using it, one pump, onto my fingers and gentle massage on my eye area, focusing on my lash line (eyes closed!!!) twice a day AFTER my facial cleanser. No stinging, decent smell, and after rinsing, the skin felt moisturized. About 3 days later, I noticed...my eyelashes were all normally curved. Huh? What's going on? A week ago some lashes in that same spot were curved right or left and now were laying straight out with a gentle normal curve. I studied my other eye, same appearance. Now, after a week of using this twice a day, my lashes are still looking incredibly normal. I'm dumbfounded. In fact, mascara is so easy to apply now and I'm not reaching for my eyelash curler. All of the sudden my lashes are filling in, like the Minoxidil was set free and my lash line has been rebooted. I can't believe that this is all I've needed all this time, a simple cleanser with the right ingredients to turn my lashes around. I know that was a long 'review' but I am so extremely thankful for this product and the quick results, that I wanted to share how I came to find this as someone else could be just as lost, insecure and hopeless about their lashes as I was. **Update after 2 weeks of using with new info: I got a small stye (just red bump) on my left eyelid, that disappeared after 2 days. Now I woke to a bothersome small whitehead type stye on my right eyelid. This cleanser is supposed to help against styes not cause them? I haven't had a stye in years. I did a little research with 'Dr Google' again and learned that as the eyemites die, they can release a bacteria which can cause a stye. So I now know I for sure have the eyemites and the cleanser IS killing them! So again, passing this on (as a forewarning) that u may get a stye while treating, but you'll know why, and it's a good sign!! 1mo update: I've stopped using the cleanser as I couldn't take the constant styes. I was googling again and read that the oils in the cleanser mixed with the bacteria of dying eyemites can block glands which could cause the styes, so to follow up with the Hypochlorous Acid Spray. I've now switched to the Hypochlorous Acid Spray ONLY for 3-4 days and the 2 styes on each eye are healed and thankfully no new ones!! (Fingers crossed I didn't just jinx myself). If my symptoms I had prior return, I will still use this cleanser again, but will also follow it with the spray as that's what has worked for my issues in the end.

Worked for my demodex blepharitis
About two years ago, I was diagnosed with dry eye in my left eye. I had intermittent symptoms of watery eye, blurry vision and a feeling that something like an eyelash was poking into my tear duct. I tried over the counter eyedrops for dry eye with no success. About 4 months ago, my symptoms got much worse. My tear duct was definitely clogged and I had swelling and pain in my nasolacrimal glad. My eye was constantly watering and my vision was blurry and I started having a crusty build up at the base of my lash line on the inside half of my upper eyelid. After a Google search, I knew from the list of symptoms and pictures that I had demodex blepharitis. I purchased Noveha's Eyelid Cleansing Wipes and Noveha's Extra Strength Eyelid Foaming Cleanser. I started out just using the wipes. For me, the cleansing wipes did not do as good of a job as the Foaming Cleanser. The texture of the wipes was a little too rough for my eyelid and there was little to no improvement in symptoms. I used the foaming cleanser as part of a routine: after washing my hands, I used warm water to gently soften the crusty ick on my lash line without wiping or scrubbing. Then I used one pump of the foam to gently wash my lash line, massage my swollen tear duct and then wash my eyelid, under eye area and my eyebrow. I wash my eye area for about 20-30 seconds using my finger tips. I rinsed the area with warm water, patted dry and then put a very thin layer of petroleum jelly along my lash line and eyelid. I did this routine twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Two and a half weeks later, I had no symptoms of demodex blepharitis or dry eye. My left eye is completely back to normal. For the past week, I've used it once a day. I keep a couple packets of the cleansing wipes in my gym bag and I'll pack them when I travel just in case I need them, but when I'm home, I only use the foaming cleanser. In retrospect, I think that the wipes didn't have enough of the tea tree oil to affect the amount of demodex I had. The wipes are moist, but there is probably more tea tree oil in the volume of cleanser I used. Plus, the cleanser is easier to distribute and get into the areas where the demodex lives when dissolved in a soap solution. The foam cleanser is thick enough so it stays on your hand where you put it and doesn't slide down your face when you're washing. It did not irritate my skin or eye, the soap is soft and smooth. It didn't dry out my skin, but I also used petroleum jelly afterwards. If you have demodex blepharitis, this is definitely worth trying. Updated edit: It's been a year since I posted and I thought I'd add what happened. I continued doing the once a day treatment for about another week and then completely stopped using the eye wash. I had no problems with any pain, watering or crustiness. In September 2025, I woke up one morning with a crusty feeling in both eyes and my left eye was watering a bit. Rather than wait and see if it got worse, I used the eyelid cleanser foam on both eyes, using the same technique as mentioned above. Three days later (six treatment sessions) I stopped because I had no more symptoms, but I actually felt back to normal after three sessions. I did a few extra sessions just in case. Something I did not mention in the original post that I should have: I put a clean pillowcase on my bed pillow every night and I used a clean towel to dry my affected eye for every treatment session. In September, I washed my hands between treating each eye and used a separate clean towel to dry each eye. When washing my pillow cases and towels, I presoaked the load with 1/4 cup bleach. I never used the towelette packets that I had in my gym bag. They got a bit beat up, so I threw them away and replaced them with new packets, but I doubt I'll ever use them. Still a five star rating! Still highly recommend!

Helps with eye lid, lashes & brow hygiene & dry eye syndrome. Gentle and also removes makeup
I am struggling with dry eyes & eye lid hygiene. This product is gentle and washes off easily. It is not greasy or perfumed. I use it on the rest of my face and find it is soothing. It is a little pricey but I really like it since it seems to go a long way.

Helps tremendously!
I have been using this product for several weeks now and I can tell a difference in my eyelids. I had lost almost all of my eyelashes and had a lot of itching and "grit" in my eyes. Used a lot of lubricating eye drops which helped some but didn't get rid of my problem. Since using this product, itching has greatly reduced, scaly dry skin flakes have disappeared, and eyes feel much less dry, itchy and irritated. I know my lashes won't grow back in as thick and natural as they were in my youth, but so far, I have been able to regrow some of the lashes. I will continue to use this product as long as it continues to help. Very happy with my purchase.

Helps prevent stye
This product was highly recommended in a medical literature review that I completed after having a second stye in two months. It is better than baby shampoo for eyelids and eyelashes wash. Smells great and does not burn. Natural product. Keep styes away.
