I even used it in Palm Springs. Where is 112° sometimes and I stayed normal temperature and people were asking me question what is this? I said is sauna hat and then I decided to use it in the snow in Mammoth Mountain at night time going shopping for food. It kept me warm, so it does vice versa heat or cold in the heat keeps you cooler in the cold keeps you warmer 100% wool and it’s very stylish. I just wish it was a little bit longer for my long hair. Good protection for your head while in a hot sauna. I can stay in almost twice as long to sweat more. I am happy to protect my hair too. Many people are bald in the sauna. I don’t want to be one of those. 😁 I’m not overly fond of the color stripes. But I’m happy to pay less for a quality product like this.
