With a rich polyphenol content and cold-pressed within 24 hours, it offers a robust, fruity flavor profile. Packaged in a handmade ceramic bottle, it combines centuries-old family tradition with artisanal design, making it a gourmet staple and a collectible gift. ## Description Frantoio Muraglia was founded in Andria, the EVOO capital of Apulia, five generations ago, but family’s patriarch has lived through 460 springs. It is a majestic Coratina varietal olive tree. Antico Frantoio Muraglia’s story starts when Savino senior bought this green giant to make oil. This tree dominates the countryside in the Murgia plateau, an expanse measuring approximately 60 hectares of olive trees. Today, Muraglia EVOO can be found in 54 countries around the world, however, many things remained exactly as they originally were. Starting with an oath to preserve the biodiversity of the agricultural landscape and plants of strategic importance for food, such as olive trees. Muraglia continues to harvest the olives by hand and cold press them in the ancient stone mill preserving the traditions and pursuing the uncompromising quality and genuineness of Italian extra virginity. ## Features - 100% ITALIANO: located in Apulia (Puglia) often referred as the Italian capital of extra virgin olive oil, Frantoio Muraglia (Muraglia Mill) has been growing its olives in the family groves for 5 generations. Single origin, from the family grove to the family mill. 100% Italian, 100% Apulian as assurance of quality and genuineness. - CORATINA MONOCULTIVAR: Intense fruity is a single varietal EVOO obtained exclusively from the acclaimed “Coratina” olive varietal representative of Apulia that incorporates the highest content of phenolic compounds. Muraglia Intense fruity EVOO is characterized with fruity notes of green olives, of freshly-cut grass and bitter almonds followed by a hint of spicy bitterness due to the high concentration of polyphenols. - FIVE GENERATION TRADITION: the family still processes its oil following traditions of the ancient Apulian oil masters, just as Nonno Savino first established 5 generations before. The olives are typically hand harvested from secular trees in early October, when they are still green, firm, fresh and hold a higher polyphenol count. To obtain the Pitted EVOO the olives are FIRST PITTED and then cold pressed rigorously within 24 hours from harvest to seal the lower acidity. - VERSATILE, HEALTHY and DELICIOUS: a Premium Gourmet Italian extra virgin olive oil great source of powerful antioxidants and healthy fats, staple of the Mediterranean diet. A genuine, aromatic product that gives flavor to any dish and preparation. It pairs perfectly with steamed and grilled vegetables, tomato salads, legume soups, drizzled raw on grilled red meats fish and pastas to add rich, peppery and fruity layers of flavor. - HAND-MOULDED AND DECORATED BOTTLES: this item represents an extraordinary Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a collectable piece of design all together and it comes in a beautiful and elegant gift box. It combines the tradition of Apulian pottery art and excellence in olive oil crafting and is a unique and stunning gift for foodies and for any occasion. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BHF9XN55 | | Best Sellers Rank | #211,507 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ( See Top 100 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ) #1,284 in Olive Oils | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars (50) | | Manufacturer | MURAGLIA ANTICO FRANTOIO | | Package Dimensions | 10.79 x 4.41 x 4.37 inches; 2.65 pounds | | Units | 16.9 Fluid Ounces | ## Product Details - **Brand:** MURAGLIA ANTICO FRANTOIO - **Flavor:** Olive - **Item Package Quantity:** 1 - **Liquid Volume:** 16.9 Fluid Ounces - **Net Content Volume:** 500 Milliliters ## Images ![Antico Frantoio Muraglia Intense Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Apulia | Premium Polyphenol Rich EVOO | Early Harvest First Cold Pressed | Octopus Collectible Handmade Ceramic Bottle with Beautiful Gift Box | 16.9 Fl.oz (500 ml) | Imported from Italy - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41P7N+VrrKL.jpg) ![Antico Frantoio Muraglia Intense Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Apulia | Premium Polyphenol Rich EVOO | Early Harvest First Cold Pressed | Octopus Collectible Handmade Ceramic Bottle with Beautiful Gift Box | 16.9 Fl.oz (500 ml) | Imported from Italy - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/415N2j8jsyL.jpg) ![Antico Frantoio Muraglia Intense Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Apulia | Premium Polyphenol Rich EVOO | Early Harvest First Cold Pressed | Octopus Collectible Handmade Ceramic Bottle with Beautiful Gift Box | 16.9 Fl.oz (500 ml) | Imported from Italy - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61ikyvX1CTL.jpg) ## Frequently Bought Together - Antico Frantoio Muraglia Intense Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Apulia | Premium Polyphenol Rich EVOO | Early Harvest First Cold Pressed | Octopus Collectible Handmade Ceramic Bottle with Beautiful Gift Box | 16.9 Fl.oz (500 ml) | Imported from Italy - Lingtoolator oio Muraglia Intense Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Apulia | Premium Polyphenol Rich EVOO - Antico Frantoio Muraglia Intense Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Apulia | Premium Polyphenol Rich EVOO | Early Harvest First Cold Pressed | Lobster Collectible Handmade Ceramic Bottle with Beautiful Gift Box | 16.9 Fl.oz (500 ml) | Imported from Italy --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/477212298-antico-frantoio-muraglia-intense-fruity-extra-virgin-olive-oil-from](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/477212298-antico-frantoio-muraglia-intense-fruity-extra-virgin-olive-oil-from) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-31*
