Used for making idli but no fermentation at all...
This is my first purchase with Safe Harvest.Ordered on Dec 21,2023 and received by Dec 26,2023 , so quick.Urad gota is mainly for making idli. Started using in Feb first week. Tried different ways but no fermentation. Searched on internet. The answer is, old urad .Look wise clean and good urad but no use for idli.Also noticed that the smell of urad while grinding in mixer is not that fresh compared to the smell which I used to get earlier.It will be nice if seller sells fresh stock or specifies not good for idli.Idli will be tasty and healthy when the batter get fermented. With this view I am writing this review.
