False Advertising
The product description states this is dishwasher safe, the cup itself states that it is NOT dishwasher safe. False advertisement . We purchased this cup because it was dishwasher safe we are very disappointed with both the company and Amazon. If we had not already disposed the packaging I would return this cup.

Not a good insulator
This is a generous size. Fits my car cup holder. But that doesn't matter because it doesn't keep my coffee hot. Three hours and it was stone cold.

Overall a decent mug. Lid isnt terribly tight, its a rubber gasket that fits from the pressure you push down lid with. (not a screw on) I dont plan on dropping it and spilling but if I did i would worry about the lid popping off. It holds temperature fairly well. in 60 F ambient temperature it dropped the tea i had in it from 210 F to 130 F in approximately 4 hours.

BAD QUALITY MUG - UNUSABLE
I am a regular Amazon shopper and this tumbler is by far the worst purchase I have ever made. I thought I was safe because of the positive reviews. Lesson learned: if there are under 25 reviews, dont trust them. The rubber gasket is not secure. It moves around, so the lid does not even shut. The rubber piece on the bottom is attached with some kind of tacky adhesive and can be easily pulled right off. Bad quality item. Not even useable. Don't buy it.
