Better then the other company's
These were perfect for disguising spiral notebooks that i need to save. I ordered from another company that was all wrong. Nothing on the spine, just on the short end. This company has both ends decorated and look really nice. Yes, they are cardboard, but better than spirals. The colors are true to old book style and I fit everything i needed to into 2. These are keepers

Blend in well
When I put these on my bookshelves, they blend in and they look much like they books. Thus they can disguise other things in plain sight.

Looks better than what was there
I’m happy with them. They do not look like books but look nicer than the paper and folders just on top of the desk. This is my father’s desk and I work from home sitting at it all day. I really needed something. I have been looking for something that wouldn’t take away from the desk. These are functional to hold a lot of paper and folders. They are high enough so the folders don’t stick up on top. Im pleased with the construction of them. Not too flimsy not super sturdy but for the price, I’ll see how long they last.

Very lite weight. Looks great
Just received. Looks just like pictures. Ordered 6. Flat cardboard. As I gently folded out to shape Seam came apart...super glue fixed it. No instructions how to assemble...what a pain but got it together. Will need to seal bottom with packing tape to make sturdy. Which I will do. If you need something to look good, not put heavier paper in it and not mess with it much, would be a great display piece. I will not buy again.

I like these a lot.
We have grandkids over but not all the time. I have serval sets on a bookshelf. I did use duck tape to reinforce the bottoms. For us, they conceal: puzzles, coloring books, pens-crayons-markers, water color paper and paint sets, and Barbies. They also hold my Crochet magazine collection that I want to keep, but I don't need to look at. These work for our needs and we prefer to look at them on the shelf instead of all the "stuff".

Waste of money, thin, not as described, and no directions on assembly.
Waste of $20. They're not matte, they're glossy. And flimsy. I read every review looking for a clue as to how to assemble. Which flap goes first, next, next. One reviewer tried to describe the process and made no sense to me, referring to which side is "nearest" to me. Most reviewers say you need tape to reinforce them. I don't know yet because I'm waiting for a reviewer to tell me how to put them together without damaging them, because they are rather thin cardboard. Update: Presuming the little tabs go in at same time, it wasn't too hard to figure out the rest. The little one go in LAST. That's the only way the indentations make sense. But once you tuck the little ones in they don't go to sleep unless you tape them down. Use real sticky tape or one will always sneak out. Better yet buy something that doesn't need assembly. :/

Not worth the price.
Cheap labor , cheap look. The sides scratched. I expected something better.

Very Pretty and Sturdy
I use these magazine holders to store projects as well as magazines. They are beautiful on a bookshelf. From a distance they blend in with my fine leather library. Over ordered these many times. Just love them and they are sturdy. Great and beautiful.
