When I was looking for a good quality water bottle, this ticked many many boxes - very eco-friendly, from a good company. It cost a little more than expected, but I thought it would be a good investment.So it was a bit of a surprise that in just under a year's worth of usage, I was aware that liquid had leaked into the cavity between the inner and outer layers. And there was no way to get it out. I was rather bemused as I always treated the bottle well - handwashing it and even storing it in it's sturdy cardboard tube when not in use. I contacted the company who were also surprised by the matter, yet not interested enough to ask for the bottle back so they could find out what happened. I was offered a 50% off voucher to spend on another. Two stars for ethics only.
