This belt really helps with osteoarthritis and autoimmune joint pain. We take turns in the morning using it to get moving. A wire came loose in the belt that made it cranky so it kept turning off. They immediately sent a replacement. Replacement works well. It has a pocket for a battery. Wish I could find a battery pack, I'd wear it even more.

First off, I have daily problems with my neck and low back. The main thing I like about this pad is that I can lay on it and it can reach all the way from my neck to my low back (waistline). This is awesome. This really helps relieve my pain taking at least the edge off it so I can function. I don’t have to use this every day, but it sure is nice to use this to get some relief and stop the pain cycle. Those who endure severe, crying type pain know what I am talking about. I don’t like laying on the plastic, and I have to put a sheet over myself so my doggies aren’t blinded by the laser lights. I like that I have the option to use a power bank and make this pad mobile.The only thing I don’t is that the control cord is too short to use easily. I am learning where the buttons are so I don’t have to turn to see the panel.

The timer remote buzzes the entire time the device is on if you use the USB cord. The manual paper is deceptive, saying 30 minutes of red light therapy is equivalent to buring three THOUSAND calories. It came with a little pop it fidget spinner, which was nice, and the quality of the belt itself seems fine (the velcro is super annoying though, and it gets snagged on clothing).My main concerns are the buzzing (I can’t ignore it, it’s loud and high pitched and it’s constant the entire time it’s in use) and the deception on their paper that comes with it. It also claims EVERY red light therapy belt is a counterfeit of theirs, but honestly, I’ve had better ones. It’s not the most expensive, but there’s definitely better ones that aren’t THAT much more, or are maybe even the same price. That all said, for the device itself, besides the buzzing from the remote cord thing, it seems fine. I don’t think it’s bad, it’s definitely usable. Don’t trust them when they say 30 minutes of wearing the belt is the same as jogging for an hour or burning 3,000 calories - those are lies.
