The container can be used to disinfect (before or after use)
Place the container lid upside down and add 91-99% alcohol to the lid and place roller in lid holder arms. Snap the bottom portion on onto the Lid securing the base of the roller in pivot location

Almost perfect
I bought this because it's not very easy to find .5mm dermarollers. I had to knock off one star because of the case. It's a vertical case that makes putting your dermaroller back a little trick as you have to align the top cap with the end of the roller so you can close it. All others cases are horizontal and much easier to put away, but it does what it needs to do for a .5mm dermaroller.

Didn’t meet my expectations
The nibs on the roller were not up to my liking. I thought they would be pinpoint sharp, but they were short and too large for my liking

No pain no......
Bought this for eyebrow regrowth. You need a serum too. It somewhat works. My brows are thicker but not noticing hair where I'm missing hair. Will try a bit longer
