I've had 6 of these rugs (I run Airbnbs) for about 10 months now, and you can't beat the price for the quality! These rugs are super thin, more decorative than anything, but they don't slide, they're beautiful, soft, they don't pill, are washable, and you can sweep or vacuum over them easily! Stains, in my experience, have been quick to remove. These get a lot of foot traffic in my Airbnbs, so take my word that these are great.

***UPDATE to my previous review. I still love the rug overall, HOWEVER, I feel like it’s not very vacuum friendly. Probably because the rug is much thinner than other indoor rugs. Every time I vacuum it, I have to set it to the “hardwood floor” setting because I feel like the normal carpet setting just sucks up the rug very easily. I also have to vacuum only in the forward motion and very quickly. Maybe it’s just my vacuum but, if I knew this I probably would’ve purchased a much thicker rug instead of this one. Just FYI to those who may find this info helpful!So far, so good! I love how soft this rug is! My dog even likes to lay on it all the time. I’m sure over time it won’t be as soft after multiple washes and wear and tear, but for now I will enjoy the newness of it lol. The 2x10 size was perfect for our hallway and I like that there are multiple designs/colors to choose from. I know the description states that the rug is “non-slip” but honestly I never fully trust that stuff. So we still purchased a rubber grip to place underneath the rug. Can never be too safe! :) But overall, if you’re searching for an affordable and aesthetic runner rug, then look no further!

Dont listen to the negative reviews and complaints about thickness. These people clearly dont know what real Turkish/Oriental rugs look and feel like. Ill explain...Real Turkish/oriental rugs are gorgeous but not in my price range and even if they were I would be so scared of it getting stained, dirty and/or damaged that I wouldnt let anyone actualy near it - which doesnt work out well for a living room. So.... I buy a "cheap" faux one and replace it when normal cleaning of wear and tear can keep it presentable. I find that 1 year is about the typical milage i get from faux rugs (of course YMMV). So I've purchased many of these faux rugs over the years and want to say this rug is the best one I've ever had.I'm writing this review after almost a year of already owning this rug and it's held up extremely well. No fraying, no shedding, no holes, no stretching, no curled up edges, no fading, and easy to keep clean with almost daily vacuuming (using "hardwood floor" setting to be gentle) and spot clean with Folex spray (best stain spray ever, get some, you wont be sorry, plus its cheap too). In fact, any other rug i would have easily have had a full shapooing by now and would contemplating a second shampooing versus if its time to replace. But after a year Im just now at the point of needing a 1st shampooing and not anywhere near looking to replace yet. So 5 stars on durability and stain resistance.Now here is the best reason I love this rug so much - it looks real. A real Turkish/Oriental rug is more like a woven tapestry versus standard thick carpeting that a firm backing anda "pile" which is fine for wall-to-wall installation, however most cheap faux area rugs are simply cut from this same stiff and thick carpeting then a design is simply stamped on. This results in a cheap looking rug, especially if the resolution of the printing was low. This has always been my litmus test when choosing a rug - how fake/low res does the design print look. However even the nicest high-res print doesnt help hide that "just a peice of regular stiff carpetting with pile cut into a rug shape" look. But not this one because its chenille instead.The chenille used on this rug makes it look real and classy. It looks more like a tapestry like the real Turkish rugs do. I was worried about durability because of the chenille but in fact Im finding it MORE durable than a stiff carpet+pile type rug since there is no pile to wrear down/flatten. The only issue is that my other carpet/pile style rugs look like cheap crap now compared to this one. Lol. I will definitely only buy this type of rug when those need replacing.One thing to note - since it is more tapestry like, dont skimp on a good and thick rug pad or it wont look right. Just like with a real rug, it gets its thickness from the pad. I went with a 1/2 inch felt pad and probably could have done 3/4 or even 1 inch tbh. I know the thick felt rug pads are pricey but its mandatory just like with a real rug.Sorry for the essay but I hope it helps clear up some of the misleading uneducated reviews on here

The rug is exactly what it says in the description, so read carefully.Low pile - so my dog doesn't think it's her fake grass and use it instead of going outside.Ultra-thin - Yes! This is ULTRA thin! It will fit under doors and, again, the dog will not mistake it for a place to pee.Washable - I sprayed this with Scotchgard in the hopes that I will never have to wash it as a few people said parts of it faded after washing. Very happy with the Scotchgard.Beautiful - everyone comments on it when they come in the family room.Yes, it comes folded in a box instead of rolled up and yes, there were fold marks. I took the rug outside to spray it and then hung it on the porch railing to dry. The humidity must have helped get the folds out as you can not even see them!At this price I will be happy even if it doesn't last as long as a traditional area rug, as it is exactly what I need now while looking like a traditional rug.

This is a dark blue rug, looks awesome in my entry. Easy to vacuum. Came very creased but they relaxed after a couple of weeks and could be ironed carefully if you’re impatient. Mine is the 5ft one and it’s the perfect size. Had to clean it once and used resolve upholstery cleaner and you’d never know there was a spill. Highly recommend.
