They retain their adhesion well, just remember to keep the plastic sheets to store them. Worth the cost. I recommend. Review: I've tried many of the tens pads but these work best - What I've noticed about a lot of the pads is the quality feedback. Some of the pads feel like they are shocking you or always buzzing no matter what setting you're on which is a clear sign of poor quality. These however are good quality which only allow you to feel the setting that you pick on your TENS machine and no other feedback which is what a good pad should do! The adhesion works great at first like pretty much most pads but loses its grip after the first two or three times, so I would recommend getting a grip glue or somehow making them stick well again. I've had this problem with all the pads I've ever tried so I won't reduce a star because they all have the problem unfortunately and the fact these don't have any feedback and have really good performance for pain relief, letting me operate at about half way on my tens machine shows the quality put into them!
