I am a man 84 years old, I suffer from Fibromyalgia and severe arthritisi bought this sauna blanket two years ago and it is so very important in my life for relieving my pain and helping me relaxI use the blanket 3 to 4 times a weekThe design and quality of the blanket is first class and I would recommend it to anybody who suffers from body pain

I dislike writing reviews and rarely bother but I have found the infrared blanket to be invaluble, I've had osteo arthritis in both hips for 12 years and it has given me tremendous trouble sleeping, especially after exercise or even walking a reasonable distances. I was lucky enough to have my first hip replacement in April just before the blanket arrived so I had to wait for my wound to recover before using it.I'm convinced it aided my recovery and I have been able to exercise regularly since even though I'm still awaiting my 2nd hip replacement. I have been using weighted leg machines at the gym that I would have been in agony using prior to getting the blanket and my unoperated on hip would not have coped with.I had to build up to the top temperature over a few weeks to start and at high heat I need to cover any bare skin up with socks, leggings, tops etc as it's very hot.An added bonus has been the regular comments on how well my complexion looks and as I'm 60 next week that has been very welcome!.I shall continue to use it after my next operation and would buy another tomorrow if this one broke.It has been worth the expense for me.

At 60 degrees and 40 mins later, I got a good sweat and my skin after, felt ultra soft. The quality of the blanket is very high would recommend.

So, firstly I’m not being paid by anyone to write this.I did ALOT of research on which sauna blanket to buy as I was concerned about the EMF and heard some horror stories. This particular blanket was the lowest and independently reviewed as the lowest.It arrived and works perfectly. Give it a 10Min warm up and boom. This thing gets hot!!It’s pretty heavy, which in my head makes it good, and I’m pretty tall and there was ampleRoom to fit me in.Basically I’d recommend this to anyone who seriously wants to get one.
