Completely fixed my Sony ear buds!
I bought these as a replacement for my Sony earbuds wf1000 xm3 (the older ones but the same battery as the new ones) my battery life is just as good as the XM4s now. I am absolutely thrilled with the battery performance!

AVOID THIS PRODUCT Stops holding a charge after a few months.
Edit 12/23/23 AVOID THIS PRODUCT. The battery life is not equal to the OEM battery and it is NOT a good deal $ wise. After a few months, the batteries have stopped holding a charge. I will continue to test and update the review once I have consistent results. The wrapper just needs to cover the sides, but as it covers the top and bottom, it will interfere with the contacts and will need to be trimmed. Be careful when opening your case, as you don't want to damage any board components or separate the touch sensor from the shell.

Worked great for 2 months
Replaced the batteries and they were great. Lasted about 5 to 6 hours on a single charge, but after a couple months of daily driving them, the batteries would go from 100% to 20% in about 15 minutes. I have the WF-1000XM4 earphones for reference. Not worth the investment.

This does not work with WF-1000XM4 and the last firmwares
You must buy a more powerful 3.85V 0.29Wh battery for that model.

These are not the same spec as the Z55H battery they intend to replace
These are Z1254 batteries. They are 3.7V and .24W where as the Z55H batteries are 3.8V and .29W. Will they work? Maybe, but they'll have 20% less battery life. I returned them and got some true Z55H batteries.

Not a true Z55H battery
NOT a proper Z55H battery. Incorrect voltage (3.85V vs 3.7V) and less capacity and longevity.
