I'm assuming it is made by Spigen company located in Irvine, CA.

Is it compatible with otterbox defender case?

The screen protector is a great product and, unlike other protectors, the alignment tool guides it into place flawlessly with no bubbles or blemishes. Just make sure your screen is spotless before you install. I installed it quickly without a hitch. I do not have an Otterbox case. Since the protector fits with very close tolerances and is not thick, I expect it would work. But I'd suggest writing down the specs for the protector and confirming with either Spigen or Otterbox or both.

works with fingerprint id?

Yes. There are directions that specifically help you with the fingerprint ID. Love this screen protector. Enjoy.
