Don’t compare it with sleeping pills. Can be taken to improve sleep cycle or treat insomnia. Good thing is i don’t see any side effect.

Works like a charm
This allowed me to setup a proper sleeping and capsules need to be taken for 2/3 days or sometime a week for a routine to be established. Keep in mind though that you'll wakeup early as your circadian clock will reset, so sleep early and do not fight the urge to sleep. Takes effect in about 30 minutes to 1 hour. (Would definitely recommend but need to have patience and ensure sleep hygiene)

Helps you fall asleep and actually stay asleep
I’ve tried a few melatonin supplements, and this dual spectrum one is definitely one of the better ones. What I like most is that it works in two stages—you feel it start to kick in fairly quickly, but it also helps you stay asleep instead of waking up in the middle of the night. It’s easy to take and doesn’t leave me feeling groggy the next morning, which is a big deal for me. It’s especially helpful on nights when my mind won’t shut off or my schedule gets thrown off. Only thing is if you’re sensitive to melatonin, 5mg might feel a little strong at first, so it might take a couple nights to get used to. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for something that helps both falling asleep and staying asleep, not just one or the other.

I started using this 5mg Melatonin sleep aid because I couldn't sleep. from the first night I sleep so good.I average 7 to 8 hours sleep which is the amount sleep needed. I would recommend it which states on the front of the bottle good product
