Process
Product arrived. Not happy with the seals on the lid. Yes a replacement was sent as well. I still can’t drink out of it as the metallic taste & ? From the poison packet that was inside the container. Why would that be needed when it’s a wellness drinking product? Still cleaning and processing to get it to a clean taste with my filtered water. So pricey for all of this! I’ll buy in person next time.

Beautiful bottle, but…..
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Absolutely love the bottle. It is a great size and the tote is super handy. I was surprised how long the water stayed cold, the tote might have helped with that. In the very short time I used it I received a lot of compliments on it, but at this moment - I wouldn’t recommend it.The gasket is the reason why I wouldn’t. It’s like they made an unevenly thick ring of squishy white rubbery putty, handled it with filthy hands then packed it up. It came with two gaskets. The first one was already split when it arrived and I used the second one. It tore apart after four days of use. Am sending it back to try again. Also wrote the seller for a better gasket or at least provide the right size so I could maybe find something locally. PS: Seller wrote back that the gasket measures 1.9, but no value. Going to guess it is inches. Might have to go to a specialty store with the bottle to find a better replacement.
